Zusammenfassung

INP Schweiz AG is seeking an on-site Project Engineer to coordinate and execute Data Center electrical commissioning and operations across Europe. You will liaise with customers, authorities, contractors, and our project team to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, 2+ years in Data Centers, and strong knowledge of electrical equipment. Fluent English is required; EU work permit is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or comparable field.
• Minimum two years of Data Center experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical equipment (trafos, MV/LV, diesel generators, BESS, UPS).
• Good coordination and understanding of project scopes.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

• Act on site as main interface between customers, authorities, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Ensure smooth site operations and lead onsite team daily.
• Monitor project performance with regard to regulations, schedule, HSE and quality.
• Maintain daily communication with customers and internal teams.

• Prepare commissioning documentation and test scripts.

Tasks

• Act on site as the main interface between customers, authorities, subcontractors and project site personnel in all technical and administrative matters
• Ensure smooth site operations and lead of onsite team on a day-to-day basis
• Execute and monitor project performance with regard to local regulations, schedule, technical advisory services, HSE and quality
• Maintain daily communication with customers, subcontractors and internal back-office teams
• Lead, coordinate and support commissioning activities for Data Center electrical systems and equipment
• Prepare commissioning documentation and test scripts

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field with at least two years of experience in Data Centers
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment e.g.: Trafos, MV/LV switchgear, Diesel Generators, BESS, UPS, etc.
• Strong organisational skills with experience in coordinating team(s) and understanding project scopes and requirements
• Willingness to work within Europe on challenging Data Center projects
• Fluent English required (German is an advantage)
• Valid work permit in EU
