• Valid Category B driving license and Swiss forklift license.
• Accurate, reliable, and self-organised with a hands-on approach.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• German (B1) and English (B2) language skills.
• Proactive team player with continuous improvement mindset.

Aufgaben

• Support the daily operation of the LEAP/GTF Engine Shop by preparing materials and coordinating parts and assemblies according to production priorities.
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing goods and documentation.
• Assist the Supervisor with operational coordination and interface between production, logistics, and tool store.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized work environment by applying 5S principles across all work areas.
• Promote and ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and Compliance standards and company regulations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize shop processes, improving efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Actively contribute to Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives within the production area.
