The role requires forklift operation (Alphia certification), basic math, teamwork, and adherence to GMP and SOPs. CDL preferred but not required; shipping via LTL and truckload; cycle counts and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Education: high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read instructions.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Aufgaben

• Safely operate forklift and ensure Alphia certification is current.
• Inspect finished product for quality, lot code accuracy, and defects before loading.
• Load trucks per customer requirements and document the process with photos or forms.
• Create pick lists and Bill of Ladings; perform cycle counts.
• Operate a semi tractor-trailer on company premises; CDL preferred but not required.
• Move trailers and yard truck; maintain equipment and cleanliness.
• Use the computerized inventory system and handheld scanners to run reports.
• Pick and ship material (LTL and truckload); notify supervisor of issues.
• Follow GMPs and SOPs; report safety or quality concerns immediately.
