Sie bringen 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in UPS-Assembly oder civil/industrial Electric, Kenntnisse in SAP und Microsoft Tools sowie Italienisch und Englisch für die Teamkommunikation mit. Sie arbeiten eng mit Produktionsleitung, planen Personalbewegungen, unterstützen Qualitäts- und Logistikprozesse und tragen

Qualifications

• 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in UPS-Assembly oder civil/industrial electric field.
• Erfahrung in elektronischer und mechanischer Baugruppe, Qualitätskontrolle und Qualitätsorientierung.
• Sichere Nutzung von Microsoft-Tools, SAP und weiteren Qualitätsverfolgungstools.

Responsibilities

• Schichtteam über Fortschritt gegen Arbeitspläne und Maschinennutzung führen.
• Feedback geben und Management bei Problemen in der Produktionslinie beraten.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Unit Supervisor zur Schaffung einer effektiven Arbeitsumgebung.
• Personaleinsatzplanung und Prioritätenverwaltung während der Schicht unterstützen.

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to supervise shift team’s progress against work plans as defined by Production management to ensure the proper use of machinery, equipment, and assembly lines within a production area. Each day, you will provide regular feedback and make recommendations to management regarding issues within the production line, including production line organization, shifting priorities, and possible critical situations. You will also showcase your expertise by cooperating with the unit supervisor to create an effective work environment and reinforcing production schedules and quality.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Helping management implement staff movements in case of vacations, illnesses, machine outages, or shifting priorities.
• Reinforcing focus on volume, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Assisting management and shift team in allocating, coordinating, and overseeing shift orders and work plan execution within production lines during the shift.
• Serving as a leader during shifts to oversee cooperation and the resolution of technical/quality problems and logistic issues.

Qualifications For The Role

• You are engaged in working with production planning tools and safety checks. You are working already in the industrial electronics market.
• Ability to demonstrate your experience in electronic and mechanical assembly, quality check and quality orientation. You have 3+ years of experience in the UPS assembly or in the civil/industrial electric field.
• You are qualified in usage of Microsoft tools, SAP, other quality tracking tools.
• You are passionate about production planning and human resources management.
• Proven experience of production lines and time keeping, monitoring of the quality level of the product and trouble shooting.
• You are at ease communicating in Italian and English.
