Aequor Consulting GmbH is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Specialist to support and continuously improve the ServiceNow platform for a client in Bubendorf. The role focuses on administration, optimization, and ensuring stable operations and high-quality service delivery within an agile environment.

You will collaborate with the Managed Services team, translate business requirements into implementation stories, and contribute to platform standards and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent technical field.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow including administration and development.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and modules.

Aufgaben

• Pre-qualify, analyze, and resolve incidents and service requests with the Managed Services team.
• Identify optimization opportunities across workflows and platform processes.
• Define and create metrics and reports to analyze platform usage and performance.
