Roc Search in Switzerland is seeking a Senior ServiceNow IRM Consultant to join our growing team. You’ll work with clients across the DACH region, helping organisations enhance Governance, Risk and Compliance using the ServiceNow platform.

This client-facing role combines deep ServiceNow expertise with risk and compliance process knowledge. You will design and implement IRM solutions across Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management and Third-Party/Vendor Risk; lead IRM workstreams,

Qualifikationen

• Several years of ServiceNow experience.
• Experience in IRM, GRC, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management or third-party risk.
• Client-facing consulting experience.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Knowledge of DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001, FINMA, MaRisk or similar regulations.

Aufgaben

You’ll work with clients across the DACH region, helping organisations improve how they manage Governance, Risk and Compliance through the ServiceNow platform.

This is a client-facing role combining ServiceNow expertise with a strong understanding of Risk, Compliance and Governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions across Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management and Third-Party/Vendor Risk.

• Lead IRM workstreams within complex ServiceNow programmes.
• Run workshops with Risk, Compliance, Audit and IT stakeholders.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of ServiceNow experience, consulting capability and an interest or background in Risk & Compliance.

You should have:

• Several years of ServiceNow experience.
• Experience in at least one of the following:
• Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
• Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
• Policy & Compliance
• Audit Management
• Third-Party / Vendor Risk
• Experience working in client-facing consulting or project environments.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Very good German and English.
• ServiceNow CSA.
• CIS Risk & Compliance, CIS TPRM or CIS SIR.
• Experience with DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001, FINMA, MaRisk or similar regulations.
