Freestar-People AG is assisting an established Swiss private bank in Zurich to recruit a Senior Relationship Manager focusing on Russia and CIS clients. You will drive UHNW coverage, deliver bespoke cross-border wealth solutions, and navigate multi-jurisdictional structuring with autonomy.

Ideal candidates possess a ten-plus year track record in private banking, fluency in Russian and English, and a proven ability to work without bureaucratic constraints.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience as a Senior Private Banker / Relationship Manager with a strong UHNW client book (Russian/Ukrainian focus).
• In-depth cross-border wealth structuring, asset protection, and multi-jurisdictional compliance knowledge.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with autonomous, accountability-driven work style.
• Native or professional fluency in Russian and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand UHNW relationships with Russian/Ukrainian diaspora; nurture client books.
• Provide sophisticated cross-border wealth planning and multi-jurisdictional structuring.
• Leverage open-architecture platforms for bespoke investment solutions and private markets access.
• Ensure all client activities comply with Swiss regulations and international frameworks.
