You will collaborate with teams, technical services, QA, and external partners to deliver reliable data and robust troubleshooting.

You will coach apprentices and students, promote good laboratory practices, and contribute to scientific reports and procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Background in analytical chemistry, such as a scientific degree or equivalent qualification.
• Hands-on industrial experience delivering reliable methods and technical support.
• Experience with LC and GC coupled with MS and related software.

• Developing analytical methods that strengthen food safety, compliance, and chemical contaminant risk assessment.
• Managing advanced laboratory equipment to deliver reliable data and high-quality analytical results.
• Driving method validation, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement in line with quality standards.
• Supporting technical assistance to markets and partners with practical recommendations and robust troubleshooting.
• Contributing to scientific reports, laboratory procedures, publications, and clear communication of analytical outcomes.
• Coaching apprentices and students while sharing technical knowledge across teams and working areas.
• Ensuring good laboratory practices, and promoting a mindset of safety in the laboratory

What will make you successful

• Bringing a background in analytical chemistry, such as a CFC, HES, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Applying hands-on industrial experience in analytical chemistry to deliver reliable methods, results, and technical support.
• Using strong expertise in liquid chromatography and gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry techniques, including related instruments and software.
• Applying assessment of rapid methods (e.g. lateral-flow assays) against method requirements
• Collaborating proactively across teams, taking initiative, staying well organized, and contributing to a positive team environment.
• Communicating proficiently in English and in French, especially in reading and writing.
• Bringing collaboration, fresh thinking, bold questions, respect, and a positive, wellbeing-oriented mindset, to create shared value.
