Novartis Basel is seeking a Technical Project Leader (TPL) to formulate and drive a scientifically sound CMC project strategy for TRD, including financial planning, risk assessments and contingency planning. The TPL leads the CMC team, ensuring alignment with TRD objectives and with internal and external stakeholders.

This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English required or strongly preferred.
• 2-3 years minimum as functional project leader or Associate TPL.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Strategic planning of complex/accelerated CMC projects and timelines.
• Interface management across functions and external partners to drive decisions.
• Lead and mentor CMC team members and drive risk management and contingency planning.
• Provide drug development expertise and promote AI in technical development.
