Zusammenfassung

Novartis in Basel is seeking a Technical Project Leader (TPL) to drive a scientifically sound and business-driven CMC project strategy for TRD, including financial planning, risk assessments and contingency planning. The TPL will lead and support the CMC team, ensuring alignment with multiple departments and third parties, while promoting innovation and AI in development.

The role requires advanced life science/engineering education, fluent English, and several years of relevant project

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of direct experience as a functional project leader.
• Strong scientific/technical knowledge; understands technical development tasks.
• GMP knowledge and regulatory fundamentals; cross-functional knowledge of PK/PD, tox, clinical, commercial.

Aufgaben

• Strategic planning of complex/accelerated projects with multiple timelines and milestones.
• Identify, assess and communicate CMC risks; manage multiple risks across DS/DP/Device.
• Lead and support the CMC team; collaborate with internal/external partners and stakeholders.
• Provide drug development expertise; promote competitive intelligence and AI in development.
• Lead CMC due diligence assessments and engage senior management as needed.
