Singularity IO GmbH in Switzerland seeks a senior content marketer who combines technical depth with creative storytelling to attract elite AI talent and reinforce our sovereign, compliant AI leadership.

You will own the employer branding content, deliver blogs, whitepapers, and video content, and collaborate with engineering and strategy teams to translate complex AI achievements into clear narratives for candidates and partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical content marketing, employer branding, or AI thought leadership.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into accessible narratives (agentic systems, EU AI Act, sovereign infrastructure).
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a proven portfolio.
• Experience with LinkedIn/X content strategy and talent-attraction campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute employer branding and technical content strategy.
• Create compelling career stories, blogs, whitepapers, and video content about sovereign AI work.
• Manage Singularity IO talent network communications and engagement.
• Collaborate with engineering and strategy teams to translate achievements into accessible narratives.
• Support recruitment campaigns and talent attraction initiatives.
• Represent Singularity IO at AI conferences and on social channels.
