Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Solution Engineer Specialist to join our Dublin team supporting SMB customers.

The role sits at the crossroads of digital marketing strategy and technology, advising on data strategies to power personalized engagement across the Agentforce Marketing suite and Data360 platform. The candidate should have extensive Salesforce experience, strong architecture and team leadership skills, and the ability to work across regulatory environments while traveling

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise architecture or technical consulting.
• 4+ years leading Salesforce implementation projects.
• Experience delivering technology solutions for pharma/biotech or medical tech organisations.
• Strong Salesforce application design skills with data modelling, integration, identity, security and scalability.
• Hands-on configuration and development including Salesforce customization.
• Experience with APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Understanding of regulated environments and data privacy requirements.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver via agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Define problems and opportunities using research and business assessment and propose actionable steps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to develop solutions and roadmaps for Agentforce Marketing and Data360.
• Demonstrate Agentforce Marketing and Data360 with software demos and rapid prototyping; present to executives.
• Create future-state journey strategies and technology roadmaps; partner on discovery and data-activation recommendations.

Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Solution Engineer Specialist to join our team in Dublin, supporting Small and Medium Business customers. This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing strategy and technology, acting as a trusted advisor who architects unified data strategies using Data360 to power personalized customer engagement across the full digital marketing portfolio, spanning Agentforce Marketing Solutions for AI-driven, agentic customer communications. This includes and is not limited to Marketing Cloud Next for omnichannel journeys, Salesforce Personalization for real-time offer and content decisioning, Marketing Intelligence for cross-channel analytics, and Salesforce Loyalty for developing and building trusted long-term customer relationships.

Your Impact:

• Take on complex business challenges, using research and business assessment to define problems, generate ideas, identify opportunities, and recommend actionable next steps.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop comprehensive solutions and customer roadmaps for Agentforce Marketing and Data 360 and how they enable customers to create hyper-personalized customer experiences.
• Showcase Agentforce Marketing and Data360 through compelling software demonstrations and rapid prototyping, and deliver executive-level presentations that bring connected, data-driven customer experiences to life.
• Construct future-state customer journey strategies and long-term technology roadmaps, partnering with the customer, Account Executive, and Partners on discovery, analysis, and data-activation recommendations, including how emerging capabilities from Contentful and Qualified extend the Agentforce Marketing stack.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Candidates must already be authorised to work in Switzerland and hold a valid Swiss work permit where required.
• 8+ years of enterprise architecture or technical consulting experience, including 4+ years leading Salesforce implementation projects.
• Experience delivering technology solutions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical technology organisations, with knowledge of one or more areas such as commercial engagement, medical affairs, patient services or clinical operations.
• Strong Salesforce application design skills, supported by experience in data modelling, integration, identity, security and platform scalability.
• Hands-on configuration and development experience, including Salesforce customisation and coding in object-oriented languages.
• Experience with APIs, enterprise integration patterns, data migration and the design of connected enterprise applications.
• Understanding of delivery in regulated environments and the ability to work with customer specialists on privacy, consent, data integrity and validation requirements.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage architecture decisions and deliver through agile methods across distributed, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain technical trade-offs and influence senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to take ownership of complex problems, learn new technologies quickly and travel regionally or occasionally internationally according to customer needs.
