Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Tableau development experience.
• Experience working with business stakeholders in an analytics or BI environment.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.
• Advanced expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries.
• Experience with Claude Code for AI-assisted development.
• Experience with Amazon Redshift data warehouse.
• Familiarity with Databricks is a plus.
• Independent, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Aufgaben

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Translate business needs into dashboards, mock-ups and analytical solutions.
• Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards that provide meaningful insights and support decision-making.
• Build and optimize SQL-based data sources and reporting datasets.
• Work with complex data environments, including Salesforce-derived data stored within the organization's Data Warehouse.
• Develop advanced Tableau functionalities using filters, actions, parameters and dynamic navigation.
• Ensure dashboards are intuitive, user-friendly and drive users rapidly to the right information.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and enhance existing reporting solutions.
• Support the migration of reporting assets and data sources from Redshift to Databricks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve data quality, performance and reporting governance.
