Zusammenfassung

Audi Revolut F1 Team is hiring a Quality Specialist focused on supplier quality, based at Hinwil, Switzerland. You will develop supplier networks, perform supplier audits, and establish quality agreements to drive improvements in delivery quality, lead times, and defect reduction.

You will analyze quality data using Power BI, report on supplier performance, and work with internal and external stakeholders to prevent defects. Fluent English and German are required, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Auditor training would be an advantage.
• Substantial professional experience as a quality specialist in supplier quality.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Power BI.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% to work on-site at suppliers' premises.
• Fluent in English and German.

Your profile

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Successful completion of auditor training would be an advantage
• Substantial professional experience as a quality specialist in the field of supplier quality
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools, particularly Power BI
• Strong assertiveness and a highly solution-oriented approach
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to network effectively
• Confident manner when dealing with external partners and stakeholders
• Willingness to travel 40–50 per cent of the time to work on-site at suppliers’ premises is required
• Fluent in English and German
