Zusammenfassung

Santiago Calatrava LLC seeks experienced structural engineers to work on unusual and demanding international building and bridge projects at our Head Office in Zurich.

You will engage in structural design across all phases, coordinate drawings, and interact with various disciplines and stakeholders. The role offers exposure to prestigious projects and a collaborative, international team environment.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in structural/civil engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience post-graduate.
• Chartered or equivalent status or working towards it.
• Experience with medium/large scale building, bridge, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating with other consultants.
• FEM modelling experience; Sofistik, SAP2000 or Cubus preferred.
• Fluent in English and/or German; other languages a plus.
• Organised, independent and team-capable with strong communication.
• EU or Swiss nationality or eligible to work in Switzerland.

Aufgaben

• Structural design in building and bridge construction across all design phases.
• Technical project management.
• Develop structural concepts for reinforced concrete, steel and timber construction.
• Coordinate construction drawings and with other disciplines.
• Prepare structural reports and tender documentation.
• Present planning results.
• Possibility of project management and client/stakeholder management depending on profile.
