Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking an experienced Anaplan Model Builder/Solution Specialist to build and optimise planning models focused on Supply & Demand Planning. You will work hands-on across backend and frontend development, data integrations and BAU activities within a global team of Anaplan experts.

The role requires 3+ years in Anaplan modelling, strong supply chain understanding, and Anaplan certification. Excellent communication and collaborative mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Demand, Supply, S&OP).

About the Role

The role focuses on building, maintaining, and optimising Anaplan solutions, with a primary focus on Supply & Demand Planning. It involves hands-on responsibility for backend and frontend model development, integrations, and the delivery of initiatives and BAU activities. The position sits within a global, diverse team of Anaplan experts working with business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to and deliver initiatives and BAU activities in the Supply & Demand Planning area.
• Perform hands-on technical development of planning models as an Anaplan Model Builder / Solution Specialist, taking responsibility for backend and frontend building activities and integrations to other systems and Anaplan models.
• Execute Anaplan initiatives and projects across key delivery phases, including technical design, model building, testing, go-live support, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into value-adding Anaplan solutions.
• Communicate technical outcomes and their consequences effectively to different stakeholders.
• Build Anaplan models in accordance with Anaplan best practices and implementation principles.
• Document and maintain On's planning models to ensure they are logical, robust, and performant.
• Provide guidance and end-user support to raise competence, awareness, and technical skills in relation to planning.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven hands-on experience designing, developing, and managing complex Anaplan models.
• Strong functional understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or S&OP).
• Strong understanding of Anaplan platform architecture, data integration, and formula optimisation.
• Experience in solution design and model building within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Anaplan Certified Model Builder credentials required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Driven team player with the mindset to leverage own ideas and bring new initiatives to life.

Preferred Skills

• Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience working with business processes, data structures, and systems.
• Anaplan Certified Solution Architect or Certified Master Anaplanner is a plus.
