Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of professional software engineering delivering and operating production applications.
• Experience in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong backend development skills, preferably Java or Python.
• Experience designing and building APIs/services (SpringBoot or FastAPI).
• Strong frontend development skills with TypeScript or JavaScript and React/Angular/Vue.
• Understanding of clean code, design patterns, testing, security, and maintainable architecture.
• DevOps experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, containerization, deployment automation, and IaC.
• Hands-on Kubernetes and Docker experience, including deployment, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of AI and generative AI concepts.
• Interest in integrating AI services and APIs into software products.
• Fluent English.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industry is nice to have.
• Experience with Argo CD and GitLab CI/CD is nice to have.
• Observability and production monitoring is nice to have.
• Asynchronous or event-driven systems such as Kafka is nice to have.
• Relational and NoSQL databases, data modelling, and performance optimization is nice to have.
• Exposure to AI service APIs, LLM apps, prompt engineering, or RAG is nice to have.
• Knowledge of secure software development, IAM, and data protection requirements is nice to have.
• German language skills are nice to have.

Requirements

• DevOps experience with CI/CD, Git workflows, containerization, deployment automation, and infrastructure as code
• Hands-on Kubernetes and Docker experience, including deployment, operation, and troubleshooting

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
