Try&Hire in Switzerland is seeking a senior software leader to own the machine software platform and guide two development teams. You will shape the platform architecture and steer its technical direction using .NET/C#, Angular and TypeScript.

You will build a strong developer community, establish required standards and processes, and collaborate with Product Owners to reflect maintenance topics in the backlog. English is essential; German is an advantage in an international, hybrid setting.

Formación

• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science from university or applied sciences.
• Several years as Senior Software Developer/Architect or similar senior role.
• Strong expertise in .NET/C#; Angular and TypeScript are a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex technical and architectural topics clearly.
• Experience in international and hybrid development environments.
• Good English skills; German is an advantage.

• Take technical leadership for implementing a machine software platform with two development teams
• Share system architecture responsibility and contribute to the platform's architectural direction
• Drive continuous development of the platform using .NET/C#, Angular, and TypeScript
• Build a strong developer community and introduce required processes, standards, and systems
• Support Product Owners in defining technical enablers and reflecting maintenance topics in the backlog

What you bring

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field from a university, university of applied sciences, or higher technical college
• Several years of experience as a Senior Software Developer/Architect or in a comparable senior technical role
• Strong expertise in .NET/C#; Angular and TypeScript are a plus
• Ability to communicate complex technical and architectural topics clearly to developers and stakeholders
• Experience working in international and hybrid development environments
• Good English skills; German is an advantage

Conditions

• Workload: 80-100 %
• Option of a permanent position after the assignment if both sides want it
