Sunrise GmbH in Zürich is seeking a senior network architect to drive the architecture and evolution of Sunrise's B2B connectivity and network security services. You will translate business requirements into technical designs, define standards and platform roadmaps, and work with Product Management to develop new offerings and enhance existing services.

• Experience creating high-level and detailed technical designs and documentation.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English; German a plus.

We work across a wide range of technologies and vendors, turning complex network topologies into standardized, scalable services. YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Drive the architecture and evolution of Sunrise's B2B connectivity and network security services
• Define service architectures, technical standards, and platform roadmaps.
• Work with Product Management to develop new service offereing and enchance existing services
• Translate business requirements into technical desing, implementation plans and engineering guidelines
• Plan and execute proof-of-concepts, testing activities, and technical validations
• Improve service resilience, automation, operational visibility and cost efficiency

YOUR SKILLS:

• Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a comparable technical field
• Extensive experience designing and delivering B2B network services in a telecom or ISP environment
• Strong understanding of IP networking technologies such as IP/MPLS, BGP, and broadband service architectures
• Hands-on knowledge of network security solutions, including firewalls and DDoS protection platforms
• Experience creating high-level and detailed technical designs and documentation
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent English. German is a plus
