BELIMO Automation AG in Switzerland is seeking a Senior SAP Expert Variant Configuration to own our configuration lifecycle across SAP, CPQ, and PLM. You will design scalable, high-performing configuration solutions and drive data quality across global teams and partners.

The role requires hands-on SAP LO-VC work, integration with external engines, and strong collaboration with stakeholders to enable innovative business models and product strategies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP LO-VC, including material variant concepts in complex config processes.
• Proven experience designing and supporting landscapes where SAP LO-VC is integrated with external config engines.
• Deep expertise in SAP ERP logistics processes and VC-related integration scenarios.
• Excellent communication with global teams; fluent in English; German is an advantage; legally allowed to work in Switzerland.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Own end-to-end variant configuration solution architecture across SAP, CPQ, PLM, and connected platforms.
• Design and guide integrated configuration solutions for configuration, pricing, and master data flows.
• Build and maintain SAP LO-VC models hands-on (high-level configuration).
• Analyze requirements beyond standard VC modeling and define development specifications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams within a global IT environment.
• Manage external partners and modelers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Evaluate new technologies and innovations in configuration/CPQ and assess value for Belimo.
