V‑ZUG Information & Communication Technology – Business Applications seeks an experienced SAP ABAP professional to lead development across SAP environments. The role focuses on ABAP OO, RAP, CDS views, and integration with SAP BTP and Azure, while ensuring quality through governance and code reviews.

You will collaborate with internal and external experts, guide architectural decisions, and drive the SAP roadmap in a SAFe environment, shaping a stable and future‑proof SAP landscape for the Swiss

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent qualification.
• Extensive SAP and ABAP experience, especially ABAP OO, RAP, CDS views, BAPIs, BADIs and enhancements.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture (S/4HANA, Fiori, SAP BTP) and integrations via RFC, IDoc, SOAP, OData or APIs.
• Experience in technical leadership: manage complex issues, consult business, delegate tasks and strengthen team skills.
• Independent work with clean code and best practices; agile methodologies (SAFe) a plus, openness to AI-based approaches.

Aufgaben

• Develop and enhance SAP applications (ABAP, ABAP OO, interfaces, forms, Fiori/UI5, OData services, CDS views, enhancements, upgrades, authorisations).
• Lead and coordinate internal and external experts; ensure governance and code reviews.
• Define and develop SAP roadmap focusing on clean core and integration platforms (SAP BTP, Azure).
• Provide second/third‑level support for SAP HANA and R/3; ensure stable operations.
• Collaborate with ICT Enterprise Architecture to build a future-proof system landscape.
