agap2 Switzerland is seeking a Senior SAP Consultant to support SAP IBP and/or SAP PP/DS optimization projects in Basel. You will assess current SAP solutions, identify inefficiencies and drive improvements across planning, scheduling and performance.

Qualifikationen

• Around 5 years of SAP IBP and/or SAP PP/DS experience.
• Proven SAP optimization beyond implementation.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning and production scheduling.
• Experience in pharma, CDMO or chemical manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Fluent English; German is a big advantage.

Aufgaben

• Assess the current SAP solution and identify inefficiencies, performance issues and optimization opportunities.
• Optimize and improve existing SAP applications, processes and configurations.
• Support the analysis and enhancement of SAP IBP and/or SAP PP/DS functionalities.
• Review planning and production scheduling processes and recommend practical improvements.
• Challenge existing practices and provide an independent expert perspective.
• Work closely with business, IT and process teams to define and implement improvement actions.
• Share best practices and lessons learned from different industrial environments.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of system performance, usability and process efficiency.
