Job summary

Merkle, a dentsu company, seeks (Senior) Salesforce Solution Architects to join our Talent Community, open to onsite work in Geneva. You will develop digital transformation strategies, guide projects with business-technology alignment, and lead global CRM multi-cloud engagements, while mentoring junior colleagues and shaping scalable architectures.

The role requires degree in CS or related field, strong Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud knowledge, fluent French and English, and on-site

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven track record in CRM multi-cloud implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Excellent client-facing skills.
• Salesforce architect certifications recommended.
• TOGAF knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Availability for onsite presence in Geneva.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital transformation strategies, concepts and specifications for platform solutions.
• Guide projects to ensure business and technology are aligned.
• Direct and supervise scalable client engagements on architectural aspects.
• Ensure reuse of knowledge and methods.
• Mentor junior colleagues on project work and career development.
• Gather business requirements and translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define and enhance client architectures and advisor on architectural aspects.
• Collaborate with development, UX/Design, and content teams onsite or offshore.
• Prepare and facilitate client workshops for idea creation and solution finding.
• Stay up to date with digital trends and their impact on the client’s business.

We are looking for (Senior) Salesforce Solution Architects to join our Talent Community.

This talent community is especially for individuals who are open to working onsite in Geneva.

Here are some of exciting tasks awaiting you:

• Developing digital transformation strategies, concepts and specifications for the implementation, enhancement and improvement of innovative platform solutions;
• Facilitating and guiding projects, to ensure business and technology are aligned;
• Directing and supervising scalable client engagements on overall technological architecture;
• Ensuring re-use and scale of our knowledge and methods;
• Sharing, training and mapping client's needs to Merkle capabilities;
• Acting as advisor or mentor for more junior colleagues on their project work and career development;
• Gathering of business requirements and translating them into workable digital solution specifications in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Defining and enhancing industry and client specific architectures;
• Advising the client on architectural solution aspects within their Vertical;
• Closely collaborating with the development teams, UX / Design teams and content teams (onsite and/or offshore);
• Preparing and facilitating client workshops for idea creation and solution finding;
• Staying up to date, or ahead, of digital trends in the market and understands how they impact the client's business.

A mix of the following is the person we are looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology or similar;
• Proven track record in leading global CRM multi-cloud implementations in complex environments;
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud;
• Strong client facing profile;
• Salesforce architect certifications highly recommended (Application, system, integrations, data, sharing and visibility architect);
• TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture knowledge is a plus;
• Fluency in French & English;
• Availability for the onsite presence in Geneva.
