ADM's Animal Nutrition Research team seeks a Principal Scientist in Ruminant Nutrition to lead the development and execution of innovative nutrition programs in ruminants, advancing feed ingredients, additives, and rumen physiology.

You will manage cross-functional projects with Commercial, Regulatory, and Production, collaborate with universities, publish research, and mentor scientists in a global environment.

Qualifikationen

• Ph.D. in Animal Nutrition, Ruminant Nutrition, Animal Sciences, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in the ruminant nutrition industry.
• Experience designing, coordinating and executing end-to-end product development projects.
• Willingness to work with laboratory teams and R&D farms as needed.
• Strong communication with diverse technical and non-technical audiences.

Aufgaben

• Lead solution development projects from end to end, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Work with internal R&D facilities to conduct discovery activities and proof-of-concept studies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with academic institutions and industry partners.
• Promote ADM Animal Nutrition through peer-reviewed publications and presentations.
• Support the development of intellectual property.
