Zusammenfassung

Experis Switzerland is seeking an experienced risk/ performance analyst to conduct independent risk analyses across asset classes, monitor VaR and tracking error, and deliver attribution insights. You will collaborate with portfolio management, compliance and operations to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in risk/performance analysis, strong Python/SQL skills, and fluency in English (German a plus).

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of practical experience in risk, performance, or investment analysis.
• Experience with Bloomberg PORT Enterprise (or similar), Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, MSCI risk suite.
• Knowledge in Python and SQL.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
• Higher education in Finance or a related field; professional qualifications are a plus (FRM, CFA, CAIA, CIPM).

Aufgaben

• Conduct independent ex-ante and ex-post risk analysis across equity, fixed income, multi-asset and alternatives.
• Monitor portfolio risk exposures including VaR, tracking error, factor exposures, concentration limits, liquidity risk.
• Produce and deliver performance attribution and contribution analysis.
• Collaborate with portfolio management, investment compliance, and operations to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
• Contribute to development of risk and performance measurement infrastructure, tools and methodologies.
