coni + partner is recruiting a Senior Quant Analyst for a leading asset management bank in Zurich. You will perform risk and performance analyses across a wide range of asset classes and prepare updated reports for executive management and investors.

The role requires a strong quantitative background, proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel, and experience with Bloomberg/Reuters/Morningstar. Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Strong academic background in a quantitative discipline.
• CAIA or CFA as an advantage but not mandatory.
• Experience in a quantitative analytics team of an international asset manager or in a Big 4 company with mandates in the fund industry.
• Familiarity with a broad range of investment instruments.
• Background in quantitative analysis and model development.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for risk and performance analyses, and for regularly updated reports on asset classes for executive management and investors.
• Identify and quantify risk across financial instruments and portfolios.
• Develop performance models for investment portfolios.
• Use software enabling automated access to financial information (Bloomberg, Morningstar, Reuters).
• Maintain databases for data analysis and data extraction/uploading.
