Qualifications

• Deep expertise in machine learning with extensive hands‑on experience working with diffusion models, ideally applied to video generation or multimodal applications.
• Strong research track record with publications at top conferences (e.g., CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS) or equivalent impact.
• Experience leading a small team of researchers and mentoring junior talent.
• Proven ability to take research concepts from idea through production systems.

Responsibilities

• Define the research direction and roadmap for dyadic interaction modeling, balancing long‑term research with product priorities.
• Advance perceptual capabilities of interactive AI agents from audio/video to contextual responses.
• Develop and post‑train multimodal models for rich dyadic interactions.
• Adapt diffusion models to include conversational signals like dialogue state and turn‑taking.
• Lead and mentor a research team and influence cross‑functional technical decisions.
• Communicate hypotheses, results, and recommendations to research and product teams.
