Job summary

Stratatalent seeks a Senior Relationship Manager to spearhead the North America desk in Zurich, focusing on US/Canadian HNWI clients from Switzerland. You will drive cross-border business, manage growth targets, and demonstrate a proven record in client acquisition and retention within private banking.

Fluency in English is mandatory; German or French is a plus. Swiss work eligibility is essential, with Zurich as a preferred base.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Wealth Management/Private Banking with a strong track record in business development, client acquisition and retention.
• Currently managing US/Canada HNWI clients booked in Switzerland.
• Able to present a realistic business case of around USD 150 million in NNM within the first 3 years.
• Based in Switzerland, ideally Zurich, with the right to work in Switzerland.
• Knowledge of cross-border rules for serving North American clients from Switzerland.
• Strong command of English; German and/or French are a plus.

Our client, a leading Swiss private bank, is building out its North America desk in Zurich and is looking for Senior Relationship Managers who already serve North American (U)HNWI clients from Switzerland. What the client weighs is net new assets rather than the title, so the role is open to senior bankers at every level.

• Extensive experience within the Wealth Management/Private Banking industry, with a strong track record in business development, client acquisition, and client retention;
• Currently managing a portfolio of US and/or Canadian (U)HNWI clients booked in Switzerland;
• Able to present a realistic business case of around USD 150 million in NNM within the first 3 years;
• The candidate is based in Switzerland, ideally in Zurich (Geneva can be considered for a strong profile), with the right to work in Switzerland;
• Thorough knowledge of the cross-border rules for serving North American clients from Switzerland;
• A strong command of English is mandatory, with German and/or French an added benefit.
