Job summary

Altus Search Ltd seeks a Senior Relationship Manager focused on Middle East clients to provide strategic support and advisory services to high net-worth individuals. You will lead sales, drive business performance, and manage client portfolios from a private banking perspective in Switzerland.

You will build strong client relationships, attract new customers, and ensure wealth-structuring and compliant service delivery. Excellent communication across levels is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in private banking or relationship management with high-net-worth clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for senior stakeholder interaction.
• Proven ability to attract and grow client portfolios in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships and attract new private banking clients with wealth-management needs.
• Maintain an existing portfolio of clients and deliver tailored wealth management advice.
• Ensure efficient service and wealth-structuring processes are in place.
• Provide guidance to high-net-worth individuals, senior management, and support staff.
• Manage relationships with clients, investment managers, and senior colleagues.
• Prepare business reports for distribution to the investment management team.
• Manage risks in line with firm and regulatory standards.
• Monitor competition, market activity, and client activity in Switzerland.
• Provide clients with up-to-date market information and conduct analyses.
