Finders SA is assisting a Basel-based private banking group with a Client Relationship Manager role in the External Asset Manager segment. You will manage and grow an existing EAM portfolio, serving as the main client contact and coordinating banking, investment and operational solutions.

The role blends relationship management, business development and collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored financial services across a global client base.

Competenze

• University degree in Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Around 5–10 years' relevant experience within Private Banking or Financial Services, ideally with exposure to External Asset Managers.
• Swiss private banking experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
• Strong understanding of private banking products, services and client processes, with a client-focused approach and excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercial mindset with the confidence to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Well organised and able to prioritise effectively, manage multiple matters and work under pressure.
• A hands‑on, "get things done" mindset, with the initiative and flexibility to take ownership and find practical solutions.
• Swiss work permit eligibility required; cross-border candidates are welcome. The role is fully office-based, with a commitment to living in or near Basel expected.

• Manage and develop existing EAM relationships, while identifying opportunities for new business.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with external asset managers and their clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate appropriate banking and investment solutions.
• Promote the Bank’s products and services and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Prepare and participate in client meetings, events and presentations.
• Act as a key contact for day-to-day client enquiries and requests.
• Coordinate and monitor client instructions, including payments, securities transactions and changes to static data.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely execution of client requirements.
• Monitor credit lines, investment maturities and other relevant client matters.
• Ensure activities are carried out in line with applicable internal policies and regulatory requirements, including AML, FATCA and MiFID.
• Follow up on administrative and operational matters to ensure a high level of client service.]
