Johnson & Johnson in Switzerland seeks a CH, AT & Nordics EP/NV Supply Chain Leader to drive end-to-end performance across CH, AT and Nordics. You will align global strategy with local execution and act as a strategic partner to Commercial, ensuring service reliability, cost efficiency, and cash optimization.

This role requires leadership across planning, procurement, quality, regulatory affairs and finance, with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years end-to-end supply chain experience in complex environments.
• Experience with IBP/S&OP and regulated industries (medical devices).

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy for CH, AT & Nordics, aligning with global EP/NV priorities.
• Partner with Commercial leadership to enable growth, ensure supply reliability and launch readiness.
• Own customer service performance, tracking KPIs (OTIF, lead times) and driving improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Customer Service, Distribution, Manufacturing and Finance.
• Manage supply disruptions and escalations with regional planning teams.
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture focused on service and collaboration.
• Drive digitalization initiatives and ERP/tool optimization to boost performance.
