WellD Sagl in Lugano (Agno area) is seeking a Senior ReactJS / React Native Developer to join our hybrid team. You will build web and mobile apps with ReactJS/React Native, collaborate with backend engineers, and contribute to scalable, maintainable software in a pair-programming culture.

We require at least 2 years of React experience, fluent Italian and English, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. The role offers Swiss compensation, 4 days in-office and 1 day remote, plus a training budget

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of professional experience with ReactJS and/or React Native.
• Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend development practices.
• Familiarity with state management, REST/GraphQL APIs, testing frameworks.
• Experience with Git-based workflows (GitLab or similar) and CI/CD pipelines.
• A good eye for UI/UX details and collaboration with designers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
• Fluency in both Italian and English is required.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop web and mobile applications using ReactJS and React Native.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with attention to performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing sessions.
