Rail technology is seeking a senior leader to oversee a portfolio of bids and projects at a rail technology site in Switzerland. You will balance resources, manage risk, and drive strategic alignment across multiple project streams while ensuring delivery targets and value creation.

You will lead bid and project managers and collaborate with site stakeholders to resolve escalated issues, steer processes, and enable international assignments. Fluency in EN/FR/DE is required.

Formación

• Degree in business management or engineering.
• IPMA or PMI certification is a plus.
• At least 10 years of experience leading projects and/or bids.
• Fluency in English, French and German.
• Knowledge of the railway industry is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate bids and projects to meet organizational strategic goals while minimizing portfolio risk.
• Balance the portfolio to create optimal value for the organization.
• Ensure timely resource allocation for bids and projects.
• Drive quality, cost and delivery accountability across project portfolios.
• Manage and develop a team of bid managers, project managers and sub-system managers.
• Deploy and monitor bid and project processes across the site.
• Facilitate collaboration between sites and stakeholders to resolve escalated issues.
