Job summary

coni + partner ag is assisting a Zurich-based asset management division of an international private bank in locating a Senior Quantitative Finance Analyst for fund investments. The role emphasizes quantitative risk analysis, model development and data-driven decision-making.

The successful candidate will work on proprietary models, risk analytics and collaboration across stakeholders to improve investment processes and reporting, using Python, SQL, VBA and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Master in Quantitative Finance, Econometrics or Statistics is required or in progress.
• Interest in development of new models or methods and ability to work with numbers.
• Experience with banks, international fund managers or fund services providers.
• Experience with quantitative risk analysis for asset management or private market investments.

Responsibilities

• Work on quantitative analyses and risk management for fund investments in the private market.
• Perform quantitative analysis of portfolio risks and ad-hoc scenario analysis of fund data.
• Develop proprietary quantitative investment models and related systems.
• Determine data for a structured investment process.
• Collaborate on projects with internal or external stakeholders.
• Collect risk data, derive insights and present results to senior management.
• Contribute ideas to optimise methodologies, processes and system framework.
• Engage in ongoing ad hoc projects.
