coni + partner is recruiting for a quantitative analyst on behalf of its client, the asset management division of an international bank in Zurich, Switzerland. This role focuses on performance measurement, attribution and risk within fund management, requiring strong analytical skills.

The position involves portfolio configuration analysis, benchmark data management, and collaboration with client reporting, IT and front-office teams.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Economics or Quantitative Finance.
• Professional experience in asset management, investment banking or consulting.
• Experience in risk & performance analysis of investment products.
• Programming skills (e.g. VBA / Python / SQL).
• Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, Morningstar and Essentials, QA Direct.
• Independent, analytical team player and practical problem solver.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for calculation, validation and reporting of fund performance, attribution and risks.
• Responsible for portfolio configuration analysis, aggregated portfolios and benchmark data sourcing.
• Support client reporting teams across the group with relevant performance metrics.
• Execute critical performance related projects with client reporting and IT teams.
• Responsible for problem-solving, change management, UAT support, and controls.
• Work with front office, data vendors, internal audit and external providers.
• Contribute to optimization of the department, tools, systems and processes.
