Zusammenfassung

Lonza in Visp, Switzerland seeks a Scientist (m/f/d) for the Quality Control team. You will perform routine biochemical methods (ELISA, qPCR, ProA, enzyme assays) in a GMP environment, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications include a Bachelor/Master in science, hands-on experience with SpectraMax, qPCR and ViaCell, and strong knowledge of AIQ/CSV. Excellent communication in English and collaboration with QA/QC teams are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor/Master in science or equivalent.
• Solid experience with quality control laboratory instruments (e.g., SpectraMax, qPCR, ViaCell)
• GMP experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
• Knowledge of AIQ and CSV (computer system validation).
• Experience with software and IT programs; English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare qualification, calibration, and maintenance plans per GMP requirements (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Verify instrument installation according to GMP standards and manufacturer specs.
• Validate SMP templates and perform ERAS and DIRAS per guidelines.
• Ensure qualification data accuracy, completeness, and data integrity compliance.
• Coordinate with QUS, IT, QA and QC teams on validation and audits.
• Manage software lifecycle, updates, patches, and version control for GMP compliance.
• Understand LIMS interfaces and ensure secure data capture and storage.
• Support audits and drive continuous process improvements.
