Zusammenfassung

Bausch + Lomb seeks a Technical Responsible Person (FvP) / Senior QA for a temporary 8-month assignment in Zug, Switzerland. You will implement and maintain the QMS, ensure GMP/GDP compliance, and perform batch releases for the Swiss market.

Key duties include handling CAPAs, audits, regulatory submissions, and liaison with Swiss authorities. Strong German (C1) and English are required; pharma experience as FvP is essential.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry or equivalent.
• Qualified to work as FvP per Swiss requirements.
• Several years of experience in pharma as (deputy-)FvP, preferably in compliance or quality.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, MDR and regulatory standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making with analytical mindset.

Aufgaben

• Ensure quality assurance and compliance as FvP for importation and wholesale distribution (AMBV) in Switzerland.
• Perform batch release of medicinal products and medical devices for the Swiss market.
• Manage non-conformances, CAPAs and complaints to maintain quality.
• Maintain QMS and conduct internal audits and training management.
• Communicate with Swiss health authorities and manage regulatory activities.
• Support pharmacovigilance and materiovigilance activities and monitor QPIs.
• Qualify suppliers, service providers and customers.
• Organise and conduct audits to ensure quality and compliance.
• Act as the responsible person for advertising.
