Zusammenfassung

QACube in Zürich is looking for a Technical Consultant to enhance their innovative Software Quality Platform. You will be responsible for leading implementation projects, analysing customer requirements, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

Job Description

• Plan, lead and execute implementation projects at several customers.
• Analyse requirements from the customer, bring in your own ideas and support our Business Analyst to create proper specifications for new features.
• Monitor and maintain our products within the first period after going live.
• Act as first point of contact for our new customers and ensure the knowledge transfer.
• Interact as subject matter expert with Client, Support and Development.
• Support our sales activities with your expertise.

Qualifications

• Higher education in informatics / business informatics or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience as a technical consultant.
• Project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of the whole SDLC/DevOps and the involved roles.
• Hands‑on knowhow with script languages and system administration tasks.
• Agile mindset, strong communication skills and proactive attitude.
• Strong analytical and team collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English, German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel (20%).
