Digital Asset is seeking a Product Manager for Financial Apps to drive end-to-end lifecycle of B2B/B2C FinTech solutions on the Canton Network. You will translate client pain points from major financial institutions into scalable products, guiding them toward commercial success and sustainable value for clients and the network.

You will engage with ecosystem partners, validate features, and help define backlogs and roadmaps.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of end-to-end Product Management experience, including successful releases in Fintech or Web3 (≤140 chars)
• Experience building (d)Apps in the DeFi ecosystem (AMMs, Lending, Stablecoins) and managing apps in payment/TradFi
• Strong understanding of Distributed Ledger technology and L1/L2 ecosystems
• Comfort discussing business models, pricing strategies, and tokenomics
• Experience building products for institutional clients with regulatory/compliance awareness
• Ability to discuss architecture and smart contract logic with engineers
• Able to work effectively individually and as part of a team

About The Role

The Product Manager - Financial Apps will contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of mission-critical B2B(2C/2B) Financial Apps built by Digital Asset on the Canton Network. This contribution is essential to execute on defined business models, commercial strategies and operational excellence. The Product Manager participates in engagements with major financial institutions and ecosystem partners to uncover their deepest pain points, translating them into scalable solutions that drive network volume. They also help move the apps that are built by our product development teams towards commercial success, ensuring that we build products that generate sustainable value for our clients and the network.

Responsibilities

• Supports the product strategy by validating and delivering app features that are aligned with the unit goals
• Captures and documents qualitative and quantitative market/user insights to help adapt product development going forward
• Contributes to the ordering of the product backlog and the roadmap in consultation with unit leadership, prioritizing deliverables that drive adoption among institutional customers and partners
• Coordinates the release of features with engineering colleagues, handling everything from initial scoping to post-release operations
• Maintains and enhances reporting on Key Value Indicators (KVIs) to support data-informed decision-making
• Creates and keeps up-to-date all internal and external product-related documentation to ensure sales, marketing and support teams are aligned

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of end-to-end Product Management experience, including successful releases of products in Fintech or Web3
• Experience and ability to build (d)Apps in the DeFi ecosystem (AMMs, Lending, Stablecoins) and to manage applications in the payment/TradFi space
• Solid understanding of Distributed Ledger technology and popular layer 1/2 ecosystems
• Comfortable discussing business models, pricing strategies, and tokenomics
• Familiarity with building products for institutional clients, including an understanding of regulatory and compliance needs
• Able to confidently discuss application architecture and smart contract logic with engineers
• Ability to work effectively on an individual basis and as a collaborative team member
