Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the PWS New Ventures team in Lausanne. You will drive new product concepts from user insight to launch across hardware, software and AI, bridging design, R&D and business teams.

The role is on-site in Lausanne with up to 20% travel and requires a strong human-centered approach, AI expertise and the ability to navigate fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product development with hardware/software launches.
• Proven 0-to-1 track record with high autonomy and ownership.
• Strong AI knowledge from on-device to AI-powered software.
• Human-centered product development with rapid prototyping and design thinking.
• Ability to connect high-level UX with mechanical, firmware, software and AI architecture.
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Identify, explore and validate white-space opportunities at the intersection of AI, hardware, software and HCI.
• Lead AI-enabled products from concept to launch, bridging Design, R&D and business teams.
• Balance desirability, feasibility and viability with user insights and technical architecture.
• Stay close to users, turning research and feedback into actionable design decisions.
• Develop a clear point of view on AI and emerging interaction technologies for Logitech.
• Partner with business leads to build cases for new opportunities using data and evidence.
• Turn early-stage innovations into lasting businesses reaching new users and markets.
