Randstad Switzerland seeks an Experienced Tax Advisor for its Private Banking Division in Ticino/Lugano to provide high-level wealth management tax guidance. You will work directly with clients, advisors, and pension specialists, delivering integrated tax advice tailored to Swiss tax rules and international considerations.

The role requires deep knowledge of Swiss taxation, strong client-facing skills, and ability to coordinate with external law and tax firms.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor in Economics or Law; Master in Taxation preferred.
• Experiences in tax advisory for banks, trusts, or related firms is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss direct taxes, inheritance, gifts, and withholding tax.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-level tax consulting to private and commercial clients in Swiss tax matters
• Collaborate with Pension Advisory and Relationship Managers to develop client portfolios
• Support tax certificate management and liaise with tax authorities as needed
• Verify accuracy and regulatory compliance of tax certificates
• Advise on tax treatment of financial products for clients in Switzerland
• Coordinate with external law and tax firms for complex cases
• Stay updated on Swiss and international tax regulations
• Manage requests and projects with a focus on confidentiality
• Assist Corporate Center and Markets Back Office on Swiss tax issues
