Broadgate in Zug is seeking a Senior Individual Tax Manager/Counsel to lead sophisticated private client tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and international families. The role sits in a growth-focused practice with exposure to trusts, wealth planning, and cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will have Swiss tax advisory experience, fluency in German and English, and a Swiss Certified Tax Expert qualification or equivalent.

Qualifikationen

• Several years' experience in Swiss tax advisory.
• Strong private client tax expertise.
• Experience advising wealthy individuals, entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses.
• Experience in global mobility, employment tax or participation plans would be advantageous.
• Swiss Certified Tax Expert qualification (or equivalent).
• Fluent German and English.

Aufgaben

• Advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and international families.
• Supporting clients with trusts, foundations, wealth planning and succession matters.
• Advising family-owned businesses and their shareholders.
• Providing guidance on global mobility, expatriate taxation and cross-border employment matters.
• Advising on employee participation plans, incentive schemes and executive compensation structures.
• Preparing tax rulings and liaising with Swiss tax authorities.
• Building trusted client relationships and acting as a key advisor on complex tax issues.
