Roche Holding AG in Basel is seeking a Senior/Principal Associate in Pharmaceutical Development (PTDP). You will partner with the European PTD Joint Particle Lab to advance particle characterization for parenteral products.

You will plan and execute experiments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help implement new technologies while ensuring quality documentation and adherence to ALCOA+ and FAIR data principles.

Qualifikationen

• BSc/MSc in a life science discipline or equivalent.
• Proven experience in biotherapeutics or synthetic parenteral molecules.
• Strong analytical development and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with particle analysis and identification techniques.
• GMP experience is a plus.
• FAIR data and ALCOA+ practices.

Aufgaben

• Plan, execute and document particle characterization experiments.
• Engage with colleagues from Pharmaceutical and Analytical Development to discuss sample requests and results.
• Conduct lab work according to procedures with high-quality documentation.
• Evaluate, introduce and develop new technologies/methods for particle characterization.
• Support planning and monitoring of work packages.
• Drive continuous improvement of SOPs and processes.
