Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an experienced Analyst for PQV to oversee end-to-end complaint handling and MDR assessments across global sites. This position emphasizes governance, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with Global Medical Safety, manufacturing sites, and LOC/BQ to ensure compliant and timely regulatory

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience including Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control in pharma/medical devices
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in technical, scientific, or engineering disciplines required
• Location of Role: EMEA; travel up to 5–10% internationally

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume end-to-end complaint handling activities and MDR assessments.
• Lead projects and engage stakeholders across functions to improve processes.
• Provide guidance on regulatory reporting and QMS documentation during inspections and audits.
