ETH Zurich’s Chair of Technology Marketing seeks a postdoctoral researcher and project lead for an international VR-focused project. You will guide independent scholarship, mentor junior researchers, and drive study design across ETH Zurich and TUM sites to produce top-tier publications.

The role combines scientific leadership with hands-on experimental work in immersive environments and collaboration with global partners. Oct 2026 start possible.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in human-computer interaction, psychology, (quantitative) marketing, information systems, or a closely related field.
• Strong publication trajectory in international journals.
• Experience or strong interest in VR research, especially perception of time and space in virtual environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead and co-author rigorous research with the aim of publication in leading journals.
• Design, coordinate, and analyze VR-based experiments across ETH Zurich and TUM sites.
• Mentor and coordinate two doctoral researchers and align their projects with the joint agenda.
• Collaborate with international co-authors and industry partners and present at conferences.
• Contribute to continuous follow-on grant activities.
