You will drive stability and uptime, shaping tool strategies and coordinating cross-functional teams across optics, etch, diffusion, and metrology.

The role requires strong data analysis, programming ability, and fluency in English and German, with on-call weekend coverage as needed. This position is full-time and on-site in Lenzburg.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of industry experience.
• Master's degree with 3+ years of industry experience.
• Ph.D. with relevant industry experience.

Aufgaben

• Ensure production meets yield goals and address yield/rework issues.
• Engage with vendors to develop solutions and improve processes.
• Develop new techniques and coordinate process improvements.
• Analyze process data to identify trends and optimize performance.
• Plan and implement new machinery into production line.
• Collaborate with process integration and etch teams for seamless production.
• Support metrology tools to measure CD and Overlay.
• On-call duties on weekends and public holidays as required.
