The ideal candidate has extensive wafer photolithography experience, strong optics knowledge, and proficiency in data analysis with English and German language skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience in industry or Master’s degree with 3+ years in industry or Ph.D. with industry experience
• Extensive experience in wafer photolithography operations in coating and exposure in Steppers
• Familiarity with automated wafer factory software like SPC and MES; experience with data extraction and analysis
• Strong understanding of optics and immersion lithography

Aufgaben

• Ensure processes meet production program and yield goals and address product yield and rework issues
• Engage with equipment and material vendors to develop new solutions and improve processes
• Develop new techniques and coordinate process improvement projects
• Analyze process data to identify trends, optimize performance, and troubleshoot issues
• Independent planning and implementation of new machinery into the production line
• Collaborate with process integration, wet etch, diffusion, metals, dry etch, and implant teams for seamless production
• Support metrology tools to measure CD and Overlay
• On-call duties on weekends and public holidays as required
