Job summary

Coopers Group in Basel is seeking a skilled Digital and Print Media Designer to craft production-ready artwork for pharmaceutical packaging. You will develop templates, ensure GMP compliance, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet launch timelines.

The role requires GMP experience, labeling and artwork management expertise, and fluency in English. Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator/InDesign and Esko tools is essential for delivering print-ready PDFs.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in digital and print media design or graphic design.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally pharma packaging.
• Experience in GMP-regulated environments.
• Expertise in labeling and artwork management.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign; print-ready PDFs.
• Familiar with artwork verification tools like GlobalVision or TVT or Esko.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt production-ready PDF artwork for packaging.
• Prepare artwork for launches including boxes, foils, labels, leaflets.
• Create/edit graphical templates and die cuts.
• Manage PDF library and content sheets in WebCenter.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify delays and propose solutions.
• Act as liaison with external artwork service providers.
• Ensure GMP compliance and complete GMP checklists.
• Proofread packaging materials for quality standards.
• Archive GMP-related documentation.
• Maintain country-specific requirements and graphic documentation.
