Masimo Corporation is seeking a Sr Business System Analyst in Neuchatel to deliver and support Oracle E-Business Suite and Fusion ERP implementations for Finance Operations. You will partner with end users to analyze requirements, configure modules, and test solutions across GL, AR, AP, and related areas.

The role requires 7+ years supporting enterprise applications and 5+ years with Oracle EBS, plus strong SQL, MS Office, and PM tool experience.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years supporting Enterprise Applications in IT/IS and 5+ years implementing Oracle EBS.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS v12.x in Finance, VAT and accounting.
• Knowledge of vendor and customer TCA model.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.
• Experience creating business process models to describe requirements.
• Experience with on-premise and cloud enterprise software.
• Ability to read/write SQL queries to manipulate data in Oracle EBS.
• Understanding of software development life cycle and related processes.
• Able to learn quickly, collaborate, and teach others.

Aufgaben

• Act as liaison between Neuchatel functional teams and Irvine Oracle team.
• Support workshops to gather, analyze and document requirements for new projects.
• Participate in Oracle Fusion ERP implementation phases and travel as needed.
• Analyze and document business practices for finance and operations and design improvements.
• Configure Oracle EBS ERP modules to meet requirements.
• Create and execute unit, integration and UAT test plans.
• Manage system testing activities for releases and upgrades.
• Research issues, resolve user problems, and escalate when needed.
• Provide training for users on configured solutions.
