Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Medical Manager - Oncology, EU & Int’l to lead medical strategy, serve as scientific expert, and liaise with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and academic institutions. You will collaborate with Medical Excellence and Medical Leads to ensure evidence-based use of products across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific and clinical expertise in oncology or related therapeutic areas
• Proven ability to present and communicate complex medical information effectively
• Experience in medical affairs, HCP engagement, and KOL relationship management
• Strong strategic and operational planning capabilities for cross-functional programs
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Collaborative, cross-functional team player with ability to influence and build networks
• Knowledge of US healthcare systems, regulatory and payer environments, and public health
• Proficiency with digital tools and AI-enabled medical analytics
• Willingness to travel up to 30–40% to attend conferences and engage with US-based stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated medical affairs strategy aligned with brand objectives and corporate priorities
• Serve as scientific expert across product lifecycle, including pre-launch, launch, and post-marketing activities
• Maintain relationships with KOLs and external stakeholders to advance medical science
• Plan advisory boards, investigator meetings, and scientific symposia to obtain insights
• Support medical materials development, reviews, and publication planning
• Provide medical input for conference planning and on-site execution
• Collaborate across Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial, Market Access, and PV
• Deliver medical training to sales and internal teams, including clinical guidance
• Support real-world evidence, IIS, and post-marketing studies with Clinical Development
• Analyze external engagement data to refine medical strategy and lifecycle planning
• Ensure SOPs and regulatory/compliance guidelines are followed
